Reflections as I travel in my journey in life. In 49 yrs I have lived a lot, yet not lived at all. I feel my life began at 40 then after my 44th Birthday I had an awakening that continued into 2020, the Year of the Pause. Things have become clear to me in this shift that I feel the need to share to help others. My blog is for these musings so my IG & FB can be used to help others with my services & not posts with words that may not resonate with others.

No experience is OK Say YES anyway

I’ve held myself back… YOU will never be the thing that stops me, I have that under lock. I’m DONE with that narrative & moving towards my dreams to help others grow and realize theirs! What in your life can you say YES to? Can you also take imperfect action?
