Reflections as I travel in my journey in life. In 49 yrs I have lived a lot, yet not lived at all. I feel my life began at 40 then after my 44th Birthday I had an awakening that continued into 2020, the Year of the Pause. Things have become clear to me in this shift that I feel the need to share to help others. When my husband and I go hiking, we end up talking about random things…often life lessons that mirror the trail itself. Many of them are harsh truths no one seems to say anymore. I’m not afraid to say the things that may hurt your feelings tho. I find no joy in lying to make others…
