Reflections as I travel in my journey in life. In 49 yrs I have lived a lot, yet not lived at all. I feel my life began at 40 then after my 44th Birthday I had an awakening that continued into 2020, the Year of the Pause. Things have become clear to me in this shift that I feel the need to share to help others.
